Zero Emission. Zero Problems. Five years. Fifty five thousand kms

Now that the road test is done, there is certainty that Nissan has already covered some ground.

After the first impressions, everything positive remains.

When I drive other vehicles, I always feel the need of going back to the Leaf, especially ICE vehicles. The ease of driving, the lightness with which it overcomes everyday obstacles, the overall quality of construction, and above all, reliability.

In this last aspect, I must highlight the first service at 30k, still under warranty. Apart from this, it has never entered a workshop again, for any reason. Zero replaced wear parts, which means it still has the original brakes and tires. In 55 thousand kms, it only needed to refill windshield washer fluid and electrons.

The 300 kms city range driving is the same as it was at the first day. It is evident that Nissan has learned from the years and previous versions of the Leaf that were launched. Elements such as paint, rubber, and plastics are in impeccable condition. Some of the interior noises noticed before still remain, but truth be told, in an electric car, we are much more likely to notice them, due to the silence of the trips.

It is already quite clear to me that, this is the most efficient, cost-effective, comfortable, and overall satisfying car I have ever had. May it remain so, for the next 55k.
